Industrial Coating Technician

About the role
We are looking for motivated Industrial Coating Technicians to apply advanced protective coating systems for pipelines, industrial flooring, storage tanks, and process equipment across oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, desalination and water sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out surface preparation and apply protective coatings.
- Operate coating equipment and application tools, including abrasive blasting and airless spray.
- Assist with quality inspections and support project execution.
- Maintain coating equipment and manage consumables.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality procedures.
Required profile
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial painting or protective coatings.
- Experience in oil & gas, power generation or heavy industry is preferred.
