Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to provide onsite technical support, administration, and maintenance of our enterprise IT infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in virtualization, Microsoft server administration, and network infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments.
• Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network devices such as routers and switches.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and implement upgrades.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Routing and Switching or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing enterprise network devices (routers, switches).
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
