Injection Machine Operator – CNC 3‑Axis for Rubber & PVC Products

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Machine Operator with hands‑on experience on CNC 3‑axis equipment to produce rubber and PVC items such as logos, keychains, badges, molds and other promotional products. The role combines machine operation, mold development and close collaboration with design and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage injection molding and CNC 3‑axis machines.
• Set up machines, adjust parameters and ensure smooth, high‑quality production.
• Develop, modify and fine‑tune molds and product designs according to specifications.
• Monitor production quality, troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Optimize processes for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Work closely with design and production teams to create innovative custom products.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Injection Machine Operator or CNC Operator.
• Strong knowledge of rubber and PVC manufacturing processes.
• Experience producing custom logos, keychains, molds and similar promotional items.
• Ability to operate CNC 3‑axis machines confidently and understand material, temperature and molding techniques.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
