Instructors for Skill‑Based Technology Courses

About the role

ICSA’s Mahboula branch is seeking experienced instructors to deliver skill‑based courses in computers and technology. You will design and lead practical sessions covering a range of tools and platforms, helping adult learners acquire job‑ready competencies in a fast‑moving training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured, learner‑centered curricula for topics such as Microsoft Office, graphic design, AI tools, programming and web development.
• Provide clear explanations, constructive feedback, and hands‑on support to diverse participants.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to incorporate emerging technologies and changing learner needs.
• Maintain an inclusive, non‑discriminatory classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to plan lessons and organize training sessions.
• Relevant teaching certification or diploma in Education, Training or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in vocational, technical or adult education settings is advantageous.
• Ability to work with learners from varied cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
