Interior Design Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Interior Design Sales professional to join our showroom in Kuwait City. You will greet clients, understand their design aspirations and recommend lighting, furniture and décor solutions that match their space and style.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the showroom and conduct needs‑analysis consultations.
• Prepare customised design proposals and assist with space‑planning layouts.
• Coordinate product selections, prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
• Collaborate with specialised lighting consultants to ensure accurate product information.
• Maintain attractive product displays and stay informed about new collections and design trends.
• Document sales activities in the CRM/POS system and communicate regularly with clients to secure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Practical knowledge of interior design, space planning and the integration of lighting and furniture.
• Proven consultative selling experience in a showroom or retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and design layouts.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait City, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
