Interior Designer & Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer & Sales Specialist to join our showroom team in Shuwaikh. The role combines creative interior design with client‑facing sales, turning customer conversations into visual concepts and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design attractive, functional layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Present design and furniture solutions directly to walk‑in clients and scheduled appointments in the showroom.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, goals, and aesthetic preferences.
• Use hand sketching to illustrate ideas in real time during client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality presentations, including 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and mock‑ups.
• Create and manage quotes, ensuring the sales process follows through to completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Assist with showroom layout, styling, and seasonal design refreshes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, materials, and interior design innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional interior design experience, preferably with retail or showroom exposure.
• Strong hand‑drawing ability and a sales‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
