Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will monitor, analyze, and optimise inventory performance for Jadeite Ventures' e‑commerce businesses. The role ensures accurate stock availability, supports demand planning and forecasting, and provides data‑driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor daily stock levels across all sales channels.
• Identify and resolve stock shortages, overstocks, and discrepancies; support inventory audits.
• Forecast inventory demand, recommend replenishment quantities, and support purchasing decisions.
• Analyse inventory turnover, identify slow‑moving products, and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, track KPIs, and present insights to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to verify stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and improve cycle‑count processes.
• Support product launches, promotions, and marketplace inventory by ensuring product availability and maintaining master data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, and warehouse.
• Experience in inventory monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis.
