IT Business Analyst – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. The role acts as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, driving process improvements and digital enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between business units, IT teams and external vendors, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end business process re‑engineering, assessing current “As‑Is” processes, identifying gaps and designing optimized “To‑Be” workflows.
• Gather, document and validate requirements, producing clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyse existing workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Support transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project management or consulting.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA or PMI‑PBA are preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (bilingual candidates preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Signavio for process modelling (preferred).
