IT Specialist - Executive Support

About the role
We are seeking an IT Specialist to provide dedicated technology support to the Group CEO, Chairman, and senior executives. The role requires a high level of professionalism, the ability to work independently, and availability for on‑call assistance 24/7 as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all technical IT matters affecting executive users.
- Support and mentor a team of IT Specialists, sharing best practices and delivering world‑class customer experience.
- Collaborate with Service Operations to define roadmaps, plan projects, and manage change activities.
- Conduct impact assessments for all changes to minimise disruption to executive services.
- Promote technology adoption that drives productivity gains and enhances satisfaction.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of overall IT experience, including 3‑5 years supporting senior executives.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on executive satisfaction.
- Professional communication, documentation, and training abilities.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Required skills
- Windows and macOS support, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Desktop and network troubleshooting.
- System installations, deployments, and IT project experience.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, file/print services, monitoring.
- Apple technologies (macOS, iOS, AirPlay, AirPrint) and Mac‑AD integration.
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Cloud technologies, MDM/device management, application packaging/deployment.
- Jamf (Casper Suite) knowledge.
- Home automation and high‑end Hi‑Fi systems (advantageous).
