IT Technician – Construction Project Support

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Information Technology Technician to provide comprehensive IT support for a construction project, covering both office and on‑site environments. The role ensures that all hardware, software and network services run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity across the site.
• Install, configure and manage user accounts and system settings.
• Keep IT inventory up to date and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure at construction sites.
• Ensure continuous IT operations and rapid resolution of incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
