About the role
Join Boutiqaat Company as a Junior Celebrity Account Manager and work directly with A‑list talent to create boutique‑style product lines, viral campaigns, and luxury launches. You will act as the primary point of contact, aligning celebrity goals with business objectives while ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Own and nurture relationships with celebrity partners, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Match celebrities to appropriate campaigns and track performance to drive product movement.
- Coordinate campaign execution, from marketing to boutique merchandising and stock management.
- Collaborate with purchasing, creative, and warehouse teams to keep boutiques stocked and up‑to‑date.
- Prepare sales reports, lead monthly business reviews, and use CRM dashboards to identify trends.
- Propose bundles, flash sales, and tactical initiatives to boost boutique performance.
- Verify payout accuracy, issue cheques, and close financial loops with the finance department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, reporting and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
