We are seeking a motivated Junior HSE Trainer to join our team in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role focuses on delivering health, safety, and environment training to staff, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees across various departments.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.
• Assess training effectiveness and update materials as needed.

• Support the HSE team in audits and incident investigations.

Required profile

• Diploma, BTech or BSc in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning in HSE practices.

• Proficiency with standard office software for documentation.
