Junior Key Account Manager – Infrastructure & Contracting

About the role

The Junior Key Account Manager will work closely with the SRVME team to drive sales and business growth in Kuwait’s competitive market. The role focuses on managing key accounts, uncovering new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target organisations to promote the SRVME App.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Gain deep knowledge of SRVME products and services and communicate their value effectively.
• Prepare and manage all documentation required to open and maintain accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Create and analyse reporting structures to monitor customer performance and business operations.
• Collaborate with product, operations and engineering teams to automate data collection and improve analysis.
• Conduct outreach to service providers, present SRVME’s value proposition, negotiate advertising solutions and coach providers to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Background in maintenance, contracting or infrastructure with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
