Junior Logistics Coordinator

About the role
We are a growing logistics company seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our accounting and operational activities. The role involves interacting with customers, suppliers, and transport providers while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
- Maintain operational and financial records.
- Assist in preparing reports and supporting audits.
- Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- MS Excel
- Accounting software
