Junior Wholesale Sales Executive

About the role

UFFF Group Company, a leading Kuwaiti wholesaler of pop‑culture collectibles, toys and licensed merchandise, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Wholesale Sales Executive. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to launch a career in sales, business development and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of wholesale sales across Kuwait by identifying and approaching new retailers and wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote product ranges, including new collections and best‑selling brands.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations and orders promptly and professionally.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and uncover business opportunities.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management and support payment follow‑up when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and customer‑focused personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in wholesale sales.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is a plus.
