Key Account Manager – Small Domestic Appliances (Kuwait)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and strategic partnerships for Small Domestic Appliances across key retail and e‑commerce customers in Kuwait. You will own joint business planning, execution excellence and long‑term account development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts in modern trade and strategic partners, delivering sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBP) to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and trade spend plans, monitoring margins, ROI and pricing architecture.
• Ensure in‑store excellence: visibility, availability, merchandising, planogram compliance and POS execution.
• Drive new product launches and coordinate seasonal promotions (Ramadan, Back‑to‑School, White Friday, etc.).
• Support e‑commerce growth, overseeing online assortment, content readiness, reviews and fulfillment KPIs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to align forecasting, stock planning and campaign readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Key Account Management experience in Consumer Electronics, Small Domestic Appliances or FMCG.
• Proven track record managing major retailers and omnichannel channels in Kuwait.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
