Laboratory Specialist

About the role

Anton.Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to join its Kuwait operations. The role involves conducting high‑quality laboratory tests and analyses on oil, gas, water and related process samples, supporting the company’s oilfield technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests, experiments and analyses following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct chemical testing and analysis of oil, gas, water and related process samples.
• Maintain, calibrate and verify laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and testing procedures.
• Keep laboratory records, test results and documentation up to date.
• Stay informed on advancements in laboratory technologies, techniques and industry best practices.
• Carry out additional laboratory duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in laboratory testing, chemical analysis and sample preparation within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control practices and safety standards.
• Proven ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
