Laundry Valet

About the role

As a Laundry Valet at Accor, you will ensure guests’ laundry and dry‑cleaning items are collected, processed and returned with precision and care, contributing to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items punctually and professionally.
• Count and verify items against guest laundry lists, recording names, room numbers and quantities accurately.
• Inspect garments for damage, stains or items left in pockets and report any issues.
• Follow Accor brand standards throughout the pick‑up and delivery process.
• Fulfil specific guest instructions such as folding, starching or special handling.
• Record laundry charges for guests and staff, and assist in tracking staff uniforms.
• Provide general valet services, including delivering fresh linen and supporting inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking) to interact with guests professionally.
• Well‑presented with high standards of grooming and hygiene.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
