Lead Network Engineer – Kuwait (On‑site)

About the role
The Lead Network Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and security of the enterprise network for a military‑focused environment in Kuwait. Reporting to a shift leader, you will ensure reliable communications for all users and support theater‑level network operations.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and integrate routing, switching, multicast, and DMVPN technologies.
- Provide 24/7 network engineering support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Develop Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structures, and technical documentation.
- Perform capacity planning, traffic engineering, and network optimization.
- Support coalition and joint network demonstrations and produce technical reports.
- Maintain configuration management systems and update network integration tools.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of network administration experience.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across IT groups.
- Active security clearance suitable for DoD environments.
- Cisco CCIE certification.
