Legal Representative – Collections & Recovery

About the role

The Legal Representative will lead the collection of delinquent accounts, negotiating with customers to recover outstanding balances while adhering to company policies and ethical standards. The role requires daily interaction through multiple communication channels and occasional field visits to enforce payment obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Review allocation sheets and prioritize daily collection tasks.
• Communicate with customers via Ameyo, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS to negotiate payment.
• Prepare lists for SMS campaigns and field‑visit warnings, forwarding them to the supervisor.
• Follow approved calling and SMS scripts, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Gather additional customer information from external sources and update records in the EBIX system.
• Track court proceedings and follow up on legal actions weekly.
• Conduct field visits to customer locations for warning letters or enforcement actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and independent working abilities.
