About the role
We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to exact specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and visual presentation.
- Store and handle ingredients properly to minimize waste.
- Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean and sanitized.
- Support the kitchen during peak service periods.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations consistently.
Required profile
- High school diploma preferred.
- 1–2 years of kitchen or restaurant experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
