Location Manager - Soft Services

About the role

The Location Manager manages daily soft services operations across assigned locations, covering Catering, Housekeeping, Cleaning and Messenger Services. The role ensures high service standards, proper manpower deployment, contractual compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily catering, housekeeping, cleaning and messenger operations.
• Supervise site supervisors and operational staff across assigned locations.
• Monitor manpower, attendance, shifts, productivity and staffing needs.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety and service quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues immediately.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, KPIs, HSE requirements and client standards.
• Maintain strong client communication and resolve complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with HR on manpower shortages, replacements and recruitment.
• Monitor materials, equipment, uniforms, PPE and other operational resources.
• Prepare regular manpower and operational performance reports.
• Control operational costs, resource usage and wastage, and ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in soft services operations, preferably catering, housekeeping or cleaning.
• Experience managing large and multicultural workforces.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
