About the role
The Lodging Manager is responsible for overseeing all lodging and linen exchange operations for government personnel, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out, room maintenance, and 24/7 customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage linen exchange services and process an average of 285 linen sets per day.
- Check personnel in and out using Government Lodging Software and provide training on the system.
- Maintain bed space assignments, occupancy databases, and perform daily vacancy checks.
- Ensure accurate key and door‑code control with minimal discrepancies.
- Provide 100 % room and customer accountability and a 24/7 locator service.
- Coordinate DVQ services, including bed making, room cleaning, and refrigerator restocking.
- Collect and deliver linen from transient tents, rooms, and DVQ areas.
- Supply accurate rosters and data to government agencies upon request.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Site Manager to support the mission.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience in DoD or comparable lodging environments.
- Experience in hospitality management and aseptic cleaning procedures.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and manage data securely.
- Access to workload data and sensitive information from 386 LAN.
Required skills
- CQMAPs software proficiency.
- Government Lodging Software operation and training.
