Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee inbound shipments for a retail operation. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all inbound shipments, from scheduling to receipt.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update inventory systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
