Maintenance Supervisor – Machine Shop Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our machine shop and production equipment in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
• Lead, coach and schedule the maintenance team to meet production targets.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial or machine‑shop maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and related industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
