Maintenance Technician – Kitchen & Facility Equipment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of all kitchen and facility equipment in our central kitchen building in Ardhiya, Kuwait. The role requires independent work, daily reporting, and the ability to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and stoves.
• Service and troubleshoot freezers, chillers, and refrigeration units.
• Perform routine maintenance on air‑conditioning systems.
• Handle electrical equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintaining kitchen and facility equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.
