About the role
We are seeking a professional Male Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Khiran Mall branch. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and efficiently manage appointment bookings.
- Welcome and assist customers, providing information about spa services.
- Support daily front‑desk activities, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Perform routine inventory checks and maintain reception area tidiness.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or reception roles.
- Possession of a valid visa that is transferable.
- Willingness to reside in company‑provided accommodation in Khiran.
- Diploma level education.
Required skills
- Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
