About the role

We are seeking a professional Male Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Khiran Mall branch. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and efficiently manage appointment bookings.
• Welcome and assist customers, providing information about spa services.
• Support daily front‑desk activities, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Perform routine inventory checks and maintain reception area tidiness.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or reception roles.
• Possession of a valid visa that is transferable.
• Willingness to reside in company‑provided accommodation in Khiran.
• Diploma level education.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
