Marketing and Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media and Marketing Executive will manage social media channels and support marketing activities for assigned fitness brands. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging audiences, generating qualified leads, and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, creating monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce and publish engaging content such as short videos, reels, stories, photographs, captions and promotional posts.
• Capture on‑site content by visiting locations to showcase products, services, facilities, teams and events.
• Respond to comments and messages, direct inquiries, and escalate complaints as needed.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns for offers, launches, seasonal promotions and events.
• Coordinate paid social media campaigns, influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Track and report performance metrics, recommend improvements and maintain an organized asset library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in social media management, content creation or marketing execution.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media content, short‑form videos or campaigns.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or working in a consumer‑facing business is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
• Ability to shoot and edit mobile‑first photographs and videos.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe applications.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools and paid advertising platforms.
