About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the creation and execution of all creative, public relations, and digital marketing activities for Hilton Kuwait Resort. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure brand consistency, legal compliance, and high‑impact communication across internal and external audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver creative services for sales, marketing, owner services, and contracts while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Plan, produce, and manage print, web, and online collateral and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate with vendors and oversee external production partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and public‑relations strategies, including media planning and visual design.
- Coordinate press releases, conferences, briefings, tours, and overall press relations.
- Produce the quarterly timeshare owners' newsletter and internal communication materials.
- Supervise a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
