Marketing Coordinator – Healthcare & Medical

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our growing healthcare division. The successful candidate will drive branding, patient engagement, and digital marketing initiatives across our clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing activities for multiple centres.
• Manage social media posting schedules and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, photographers, and medical staff.
• Track inquiries, leads, bookings, conversions and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support corporate tie‑ups, camp activities and promotional offers.
• Monitor Google reviews and online reputation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Maintain branding consistency across all platforms.
• Assist management in improving patient occupancy and retention.
• Oversee website content, SEO and SEM coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or coordination roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience in clinics, medical or dental centres is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
