Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the execution of Toyota's marketing plan, ensuring that campaigns, promotions, and showroom activities align with the annual strategy and support product sales. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external suppliers, and showroom staff to deliver both digital and physical marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on monthly promotions, model-specific campaigns, and material adaptations.
• Finalize digital and physical POS materials for showrooms and conduct periodic visits to verify implementation.
• Obtain Ministry licenses for outdoor banners and coordinate production with suppliers.
• Work with the online team to adapt content for social media and create a monthly content calendar.
• Maintain website and digital platform content, making updates as required.
• Engage with customers on social media, responding to comments and inquiries.
• Manage the Central Media Hub library, evaluate content weekly, and plan utilization.
• Coordinate showroom social‑media coverage and draft marketing scripts.
• Oversee digital screen vendors, ensuring all advertising screens function correctly.
• Organize Toyota marketing events, including car launches, open days, and mall displays, handling installation, vehicle transportation, and post‑event teardown.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning for catalog production and with Finance to process invoices.
• Arrange gift requirements for delivery centres and PDI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, time‑management, and creativity abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Experience managing social‑media channels.
