Marketing Manager

About the role

FutureTec, a technical services and technology solutions provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy, driving qualified leads and supporting business growth in Kuwait. The role will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital channels, content creation and event management. You will work closely with sales and business development teams to translate marketing activities into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads and support Sales & Business Development initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn, website, email, and social media.
• Create content, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and industry activities.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience in Technology, IT, Technical Services, Telecom, or Professional Services preferred.
• Strong lead‑generation and digital marketing background.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales/Business Development teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable results.
