About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Marketing Products Supervisor to join the marketing team of a leading Kuwaiti bank. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy executing campaigns, and want to shape customer experiences through impactful marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the rollout and continuous improvement of banking products and services aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Support planning and execution of events, product launches and brand activations.
- Work closely with advertising, research, production and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer experience, brand visibility and market presence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion within a commercial bank.
