Marketing Products Supervisor – Banking Sector

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Marketing Products Supervisor to join the marketing team of a leading Kuwaiti bank. Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage the rollout and continuous improvement of banking products and services aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Support planning and execution of events, product launches and brand activations.
• Work closely with advertising, research, production and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer experience, brand visibility and market presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinking with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion within a commercial bank.
