Marketing Staff for Delivery Services

About the role

Basraa.app is seeking an enthusiastic and results‑oriented Marketing Staff member to promote its delivery services, attract new business clients, and develop merchant relationships in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as restaurants, retailers and other businesses to promote Basraa delivery services.
• Generate new business leads through market research, telephone calls, emails and direct visits.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to present services and business proposals.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
• Coordinate with Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, follow‑ups and business development activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly marketing performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and potential business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential customers and develop business relationships.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email communication and reporting.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, restaurant or retail industry is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
