Master Driver Training Instructor

About the role

Agroshipping LLC is seeking a Master Driver Training Instructor to lead and coordinate driver training programmes in Kuwait City. This full‑time position will focus on enhancing the skills and safety of the company’s driver fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate comprehensive driver training sessions.
• Develop training manuals, safety guidelines and assessment tools.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and company standards.
• Conduct periodic refresher courses for existing drivers.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations managers to align training with operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in driver training or related instructional roles.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City.
• Proven track record of improving driver performance.
• Valid commercial driving licence.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
