Material Engineer & Safety Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Material Engineer and Safety Engineer to join our PAHW construction project in Salmi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring material quality and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate material specifications, testing, and performance.
• Implement and oversee safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve material‑related issues and safety concerns.
• Maintain documentation for material approvals and safety audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• PAHW approval for material engineering.
• Active membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
• Demonstrated experience in material and safety engineering within construction projects.

Required skills

• Knowledge of material testing methods and standards.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
