Mechanical Engineer – Steel Construction

About the role

Adailiya Steel Construction Company is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to support its steel construction projects in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing mechanical activities from design through fabrication and erection, ensuring seamless coordination between workshop and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute mechanical works for structural steel projects.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop and on‑site teams to align schedules and resources.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication and erection.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in steel construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
