Media Sales Executive

About the role

The Media Sales Executive will join Trifid Media’s Kuwait office to drive new business and grow existing client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating leads, presenting innovative marketing solutions and delivering revenue growth for the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the media and marketing landscape.
• Generate leads, conduct prospect outreach and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Manage and nurture long‑term client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop customized campaigns.
• Track market trends, analyse data and propose new revenue streams.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media sales, new‑business development and lead generation.
• Strong background in account management and client relationship building.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
