Medical Representative – Remote (Kuwait)

About the role

The Professional Medical Representative will promote Viatris pharmaceutical products across Kuwait from a remote office. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support patient disease management and increase product uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians and other healthcare practitioners to present Viatris products and help manage patient diseases.
• Disseminate scientific knowledge using product samples, clinical literature and trial data.
• Follow up with key opinion leaders, physicians and pharmacists to gather feedback on product experience.
• Provide accurate information on product usage, dosage, and side‑effects.
• Work to enlist Viatris products on institutional formularies.
• Report market feedback, customer requests and changes in the healthcare system to the Sales Manager and Marketing team.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption and ordering processes, especially in government and institutional settings.
• Organise audiovisual promotional activities within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on visits, sales, market threats and opportunities.
• Develop short‑term action plans, update customer segmentation lists and create new product advocates.
• Explore additional business opportunities and expand market reach.
