Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Kuwait City, promoting AI‑driven solutions and CRM products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential healthcare clients to present and demonstrate AI and CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators and other decision‑makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and follow‑up inquiries to drive sales.
• Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback and report insights to internal teams.
• Provide after‑sales support, resolve issues and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales targets and produce accurate activity reports.
• Perform regular field visits and document all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales background with proven negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for clear product delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid customer‑service orientation to address inquiries and resolve problems.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand clinical needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
