Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Aesthetics

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will act as a scientific expert for Allergan Aesthetics, supporting the medical and scientific objectives of the company’s aesthetic portfolio. Working in the field, the MSL will build relationships with key opinion leaders and facilitate scientific exchange on both marketed products and pipeline compounds.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop trusted relationships with external experts and KOLs within the assigned geography.
• Conduct balanced, peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogues to share data on AbbVie’s aesthetic products throughout their lifecycle.
• Deliver credible scientific presentations and lead meetings for healthcare professionals when requested.
• Gather and report medical and scientific field intelligence, including competitor activity and emerging research.
• Collaborate with internal Medical Affairs and cross‑functional teams to ensure coordinated scientific communication.

Required profile

• Established scientific expertise in the aesthetic or related therapeutic area.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness.
• Clinical expertise and ability to engage in high‑level scientific discussions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
