Mobility and Machine to Machine Expert

About the role

Solutions by stc is seeking a Mobility and Machine to Machine (M2M) Expert to lead the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of enterprise mobility and IoT SIM solutions. You will drive revenue growth and operational excellence through innovative product development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Mobility, M2M, IoT, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including business case creation, launches, enhancements, pricing optimisation and portfolio performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, ARPU, usage, SIM activations, churn and profitability, and implement growth initiatives.
• Support go‑to‑market activities by producing sales enablement material, pricing structures, solution bundles and contributing to tenders.
• Collaborate with Network, IT, Operations, Billing and CRM teams to ensure service quality, platform readiness and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mobility, M2M/IoT or telecom product management.
• Proven track record of driving product revenue and managing complex product portfolios.
