Multiple F&B Positions Open in Kuwait – Local Candidates Only

About the role

Wathif is hiring for a range of Food & Beverage positions across Kuwait, including quality control, inventory, culinary, barista and pastry roles. All positions are for candidates currently residing in Kuwait and eligible for an Ahli visa transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ISO/QMS standards, conduct audits and implement corrective actions for quality control.
• Manage inventory, stock control and reporting using ERP/POS systems.
• Prepare and oversee food preparation, ensuring HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Supervise staff, handle shift scheduling and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Relevant experience ranging from 3‑5 years for most roles, with specific expertise in pastry, continental cuisine or barista duties where noted.
• Kuwait driving licence and personal vehicle for certain positions.
• Fluent English; basic Arabic preferred for front‑of‑house roles.

Required skills

• ISO/QMS, RCA and CAPA knowledge.
• ERP/POS systems and advanced Excel reporting.
• HACCP, food safety and chocolate/Arabic sweets preparation.
