Multiple Precast & Engineering Positions – Ahmadi, Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our Precast Factory & Operations division in Ahmadi, Kuwait and are seeking experienced professionals across a wide range of engineering and production roles. Candidates will join a fast‑paced environment focused on delivering high‑quality precast concrete components for construction projects throughout the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and supervise precast concrete elements and erection activities.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, including batching plants, lathe machines and tower cranes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections and testing.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and contractors to meet delivery schedules.
• Supervise workshop activities, fabrication, and on‑site installation crews.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and progress updates.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification and proven experience in precast, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong technical and operational knowledge specific to the applied role.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of precast concrete processes.
• Operation of heavy machinery and workshop equipment.
• Quality inspection and control procedures.
