New Business Sales Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

Fresha is seeking a New Business Sales Specialist to drive fresh revenue opportunities in Kuwait. Reporting to the Head of Sales for the GCC region, you will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with the commercial team and potential partners.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve defined sales targets and quotas.
• Conduct outbound outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
• Respond promptly to qualified inbound leads and log all activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

• Experience using a CRM system to track activities and outcomes.
