NICU Registrar

About the role
The NICU Registrar will join a leading neonatal intensive care unit in Kuwait, providing essential clinical support and ensuring high‑quality care for newborn patients. This permanent, full‑time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior neonatologists in daily patient management and documentation.
- Participate in neonatal resuscitation and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
- Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
- Master’s degree in Pediatrics with specialized training in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
- Valid Ministry of Health‑Kuwait license to practice as a Neonatology Registrar.
- Commitment to continuous professional development in neonatal care.
Required skills
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
