Occupational Therapist – Agency Outpatient Therapy

About the role

The Baptist Therapy Center is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its agency outpatient team. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports a diverse and complex patient population, providing individualized therapeutic interventions across a range of ages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, adhering to facility competencies.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• BS or MS graduate from an AOTA‑accredited occupational therapy program.
• Active Arkansas State Board license (OTR or registry‑eligible).
• Commitment to independence, accountability, and high‑quality patient care.
• Willingness to work varied hours as authorized (0.08 hours bi‑weekly).

Required skills

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
