Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role operates on a day shift (7:15 am – 4:15 pm) and provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population across all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions to inpatients, ensuring care is appropriate for each age group.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient progress while maintaining documentation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and discharge goals.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Arkansas State Board license or temporary license for new graduates.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Maintain all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).

Required skills

• CPR certification.
