Occupational Therapist – Weekend Inpatient Rehab

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation agency on a weekend schedule. The role involves providing independent, accountable care to a complex patient population during day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, aligned with departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients of varying ages.
• Complete all facility-specific competencies and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain professional growth and contribute to departmental improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• BS or MS graduate from an AOTA‑accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Arkansas state occupational therapy license (OTR or registry‑eligible).
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability in patient care.
• Willingness to work weekend day shifts based on departmental needs.

Required skills

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
